• To ensure the freshness of our snacks, everything is made to order, and orders are shipped within 3 days using 24hr fast delivery service.

• Our shop does not offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. Since all snacks are freshly made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as your pet disliking the product. Please carefully consider before placing your order.

• Every pet has a different taste preference, and we cannot guarantee that every product will be loved by every pet. If you’re unsure, please order a small quantity first, and if your pet enjoys it, you can reorder!

• When feeding the snacks for the first time, please start with a small portion. Do not overfeed at once, as it might upset your pet’s stomach, Gradually increase the amount to allow your pet to adapt.

• All products are hand-crafted, not through artificial processing. Therefore, the size of each pack may vary—just like humans can be tall or short, thin or stout. Every snack might differ slightly in size. Please order with this in mind.

At St Paws Cafe, we take immense pride in handcrafted, high-quality pet treats and cake. Each order is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it leaves our kitchen in perfect condition.

Transfer of Responsibility: Please note that St Paws Cafe utilises third-party courier services for some deliveries/ deliveries outside of London. Once an order has been collected by the courier and a tracking number has been issued, St Paws Cafe is no longer liable for any delivery failures, delays, or damages caused by the carrier. 

 This includes, but is not limited to:

• Late deliveries due to courier delays.
• Packages marked as "Delivered" but not received by the customer.
• Damage to packaging or contents occurring during transit.
• Failures resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

In the rare event of a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier service directly with your tracking information. While we are not responsible for courier errors, we will do our best to assist you with the necessary information to help you lodge a claim with the provider.
