Be mindful about the portion, it is recommended to adjust serving sizes based on your pet's age, weight and health to maintain a balanced diet and avoid overfeeding.

WHAT DOES 'HUMAN GRADE' MEAN?
"Human-grade" pet food means that every ingredient used meets the same quality and safety standards required for human consumption. It is prepared, handled, and stored in a way that follows food safety regulations for human food, rather than lower pet food standards.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE PRODUCTS?
Your fresh cooked pet food/ snacks are shipped frozen. We pack your food vacuum sealed with gel packs in an insulated bag to keep them frozen in transit. They stay cold for 48 hours so there’s no need to be at home for delivery.
For pet cake, we hand delivery it within 12 hours after finishing. It will come in a cake box with gel packs underneath the cake box to keep the cake fresh at delivery.
WHY IS FRESH FOOD MORE EXPENSIVE THANREGULAR PET FOOD?
Fresh, human-grade complementary pet food costs more than regular treats because it uses higher-quality ingredients, safer preparation methods, smaller batch production and fresher production processes.
Unlike mass produced pet food, which is designed for long shelf life and low cost, fresh food prioritizes nutrition, safety, and quality—just like the food we eat.
WHY DOES YOUR FOOD HAVE VEGETABLES?
At St Paws, we include vegetables in our complementary pet food because they provide essential nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants that support overall pet health. While dogs and cats primarily thrive on animal proteins, small amounts of carefully selected vegetables can enhance their diet in a balanced and natural way.

FAQ - St Paws Cake
Why don’t you offer nationwide delivery for cake products?
Our cakes are made fresh with no preservatives, which means they require careful handling and temperature control. To maintain the quality, texture, and safety of every cake, we currently only deliver within London and specific local areas in Surrey.
Because our cakes:

We want every customer to receive their cake as beautiful and fresh as it leaves our kitchen, so we limit delivery to areas where quality can be fully ensured.
We hope to expand in the future as we develop safer and more reliable shipping options
